So Called SERVICE...

Let us give you one more information about Dunia Finance's so called proactive customer service...
one customer called Dunia Finance on their help line to notify them that they should not present the cheque to the bank as the customer has some issue with the bank and the account has been closed, now if we look at the terms and conditions stated in the Dunia Finances 32 pages Application form which contains all the tems and conditions mainly in favour of Dunia Finance it clearly states that such notification should be provided 5 working days prior to the installment date..Customer called them 7 Working days prior to the date and the response was SORRY TO INFORM YOU BUT THIS CANNOT BE DONE... and on top of that when the CSR was asked to check this with any superior nobody responded even then a call back was confirmed and when finally the due date came customer was charged with a penalty of AED500 for missing an installment.

Isn’t that GREAT that at the end of the day customer has to suffer no matter what happens… there is ZERO corporation from the company’s side.
